As of Nov. 15, 2004 Bryan & Associates offers NO warranty, repair or
replacement program for airguns.
The manufacture's warranty accompanies each NEW airgun.
LN, Like New, or LNIB, Like New in Box, do not indicate NEW.
 NO WARRANTY is OFFERED or IMPLIED in any way for used airguns.
All airguns are tested on arrival and at the time of packing.

Return Policy:
As of Nov. 15, 2004 A. The return must be authorized by Bryan & Associates by
phone or e-mail within three days of delivery. B. The item must be returned as
promptly as originally shipped. C. The original B & A invoice must accompany
the item at the time of delivery. D. The purchaser is responsible for ALL shipping
cost. E. A restocking fee of 15% applies to all airguns and 25% to all parts, and
accessories. Books, magazines, manuals, and all paper goods are not refundable.
F. Each item and part there-of must arrive in the unused or original condition
as shipped.
